Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility Due to the nature of our products as dietary supplements intended for consumption, VIGOLIFT accepts returns only for products that are unopened, unused, and have the original safety seal intact.  
2. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

7. For health and safety reasons, VIGOLIFT does not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or have had their original safety seal broken.
9. Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for a refund, even if only a portion of the product has been used.

12. if your order arrives damaged, tampered with, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. 
14. We will review the issue and, when applicable, provide a replacement or refund.
